Eat food in small portions at least six to seven times a day. Drink plenty of water and stick to your diet. Select from whole grain pasta, whole wheat bread, rice, carrot sticks, and raisins.

If you haven’t started the exercise yet, there are high chances that you may suffer from complications in the delivery of the baby. Hence, it is always important that you do this for the betterment of your baby and yourself.
